Initial contact
Reach out via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form. Once you do, I offer a 15-minute introductory call by phone or video so you can get a feel for how I work and ask any questions
Assessment sessions
We begin with two assessment sessions to understand what you are experiencing and identify the priorities you would most like to address first.

Together we build a tailored therapy plan around your needs, pace, and cultural background — reviewed regularly as you grow.
